darzustellen.
Important anatomical considerations for the use of an antero-posterior mobilisation
of the cervical spine
Examination and treatment of the cervical spine region is a method for gathering manual
therapeutic data. In this procedure palpation of the anatomical structures plays a
vital role.
By means of the dissection of a male cadaver’s antero-lateral neck region antomical
structures (landmarks) are described and their relevance for manual therapeutic examination
and treatment are highlighted.
The aim of this article is to portray the practical value of anatomical knowledge.
